Terms of sale

This is an English translation for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Estonian version of the terms of sale prevails.

These terms of sale govern purchases made in the online shop padelipallid.ee and the legal relationship between the seller and the buyer.

2. Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. The shipping fee is shown at checkout before the order is confirmed and payment is made.

3. Placing an order

1. The customer selects the desired products in the online shop.
2. Adds the products to the cart.
3. Enters their contact and delivery details.
4. Chooses a suitable delivery method.
5. Chooses an available payment method.
6. Checks the order details before making the payment.
7. Confirms their agreement to the terms of sale.
8. Makes the payment.
9. After the order has been successfully placed, an order confirmation is sent to the customer's email address.

The sales contract is deemed concluded when the payment is received.

4. Payment methods

Orders can be paid for using the payment methods shown at checkout (for example, bank links of Estonian banks). Payments in the online shop are processed by Maksekeskus AS. The available payment methods are shown to the customer at checkout before payment.

5. Delivery

All orders are packed and shipped from Transify OÜ's own warehouse.

In Estonia, the following delivery methods are available:

• Omniva parcel locker
• Omniva courier delivery

The customer can choose a suitable available delivery method at checkout. The specific delivery price is shown to the customer at checkout.

The estimated delivery time in Estonia is 1–3 working days. The delivery time is calculated from the confirmation of the order and receipt of payment. In exceptional cases, delivery may be affected by circumstances beyond Transify OÜ's control, such as the carrier's operations or technical failures. We will notify the customer of any delay as soon as possible.

6. Receiving the goods

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the contact and delivery details they enter. Please check that the packaging is intact when receiving the goods.

If the customer does not collect the parcel within the time set by the carrier and the parcel is returned to Transify OÜ, we will contact the customer. At the customer's request, we will send the goods again, in which case the customer pays the shipping fee for the repeat delivery. If the customer does not want a repeat delivery, we will refund the amount paid in accordance with applicable law.

7. Returns and 14-day right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day on which the consumer or a person designated by them physically received the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, an unequivocal withdrawal notice must be sent within the withdrawal period to info@padelipallid.ee. Please include your name, order number and the products being returned. The consumer may also use the European Union model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

The consumer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal notice. Returned goods must be sent to Suur-Kaare tee 41/1-11, Pärnamäe küla, Viimsi vald, Harju maakond, 74020, Estonia, or in another agreed manner.

Transify OÜ will refund all payments received from the consumer, including the initial standard delivery cost, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. The refund is made to the same account or via the same payment method the consumer used for the payment, unless agreed otherwise. Transify OÜ may withhold the refund until it has received the goods back or proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. If the consumer chose a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery method when ordering, Transify OÜ is not obliged to reimburse the resulting additional cost.

The consumer may handle and inspect the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (as could be done in a regular shop). The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in any other way. Exceptions to the 14-day right of withdrawal apply only in cases provided by law. For products in sealed packaging, the right of withdrawal may not apply if the product is not suitable for return after the packaging has been opened due to health protection or hygiene reasons and the statutory exception is applicable to the specific product.

8. Defective goods and complaints

If you received a defective, incorrect or damaged-in-transit product, or the goods otherwise do not conform to the contract, please let us know at info@padelipallid.ee. If possible, include the order number, a description of the problem and photos.

The consumer has the right to submit a complaint within two years of receiving the goods. We will respond to the complaint within 15 days. If the complaint is justified, we will repair or replace the goods or refund the purchase price and reimburse related reasonable costs.

If no agreement is reached, the consumer has the right to contact the Consumer Disputes Committee operating at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority.

9. Personal data

The terms for processing personal data are set out in the online shop's Privacy policy.

10. Changes to the terms of sale

Transify OÜ may update the terms of sale. The terms of sale in force at the time the order was placed apply to the order.
