Privacy policy

This is an English translation for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Estonian version of the privacy policy prevails.

This privacy policy describes how Transify OÜ processes the personal data of customers and visitors of the online shop padelipallid.ee.

2. What data we collect

  • first and last name;
  • email address;
  • phone number;
  • delivery address or choice of parcel locker;
  • data necessary for invoicing (e.g. name and address of the invoice recipient);
  • data related to orders and purchase history;
  • data contained in enquiries sent by the customer;
  • email address when subscribing to the newsletter;
  • technical data generated when using the website, such as IP address, browser and device information, and cookies necessary for the cart to work.

We do not collect or store payment card data – it is entered directly in the payment service provider's environment.

3. Purposes of processing

  • processing and fulfilling orders;
  • delivering goods;
  • processing payments;
  • communicating with the customer;
  • handling returns and complaints;
  • accounting and fulfilling legal obligations;
  • ensuring the operation and security of the online shop;
  • preventing fraud and misuse;
  • marketing (e.g. newsletter) only on a lawful basis.

4. Legal bases

  • Performance of a contract – placing orders, delivery, payments, returns and complaints.
  • Compliance with a legal obligation – accounting and consumer protection requirements.
  • Legitimate interest – online shop security, fraud prevention and protection of legal claims.
  • Consent – sending the newsletter and other consent-based marketing.

5. Data retention

Data related to orders, invoices and accounting is retained in accordance with the periods set out in Estonian legislation. Source accounting documents are retained for at least 7 years.

Data necessary for fulfilling orders and customer communication is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the order, handle returns and complaints, and resolve possible legal claims.

Data related to customer enquiries and other customer communication is generally retained for as long as necessary to resolve the enquiry and protect against possible legal claims.

Data processed for the newsletter and other marketing purposes is retained until consent is withdrawn or another legal basis ends.

After the retention period expires, the data is deleted or anonymised, unless legislation requires it to be retained for longer.

6. Sharing data with third parties

Transify OÜ may share personal data necessary for fulfilling orders with relevant service providers:

  • Maksekeskus AS – for processing payments;
  • transport and courier companies – for delivering orders;
  • technical service providers of the online shop (e-commerce platform and hosting);
  • accounting service providers;
  • other authorised processors where necessary for the operation of the online shop.

Data is shared only to the extent necessary to provide the relevant service.

7. Role of Maksekeskus

Payments in the online shop are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Personal data necessary for making payments is transmitted to Maksekeskus AS according to the chosen payment method and the needs of payment processing. Transify OÜ does not receive or store customers' bank card data.

8. Delivery service providers

To deliver the order, the necessary customer data (name, phone, email and delivery address or parcel locker) is transmitted to the chosen delivery or courier service provider:

9. Data security

Transify OÜ applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or other unlawful processing.

10. Your rights

  • to know what personal data is being processed;
  • to access your personal data;
  • to request correction of inaccurate data;
  • to request deletion of data in cases provided by law;
  • to restrict processing of data in cases provided by law;
  • to object to certain processing;
  • to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).
