Delivery and returns

Delivery

We ship orders across Estonia to parcel lockers and by courier. You can choose the delivery method at checkout. Delivery is free for orders from €30 to parcel lockers only. Courier delivery always has a shipping fee, as do smaller orders. The shipping fee is shown before you confirm your order.

Orders are shipped from Transify OÜ's own warehouse. You can choose between Venipak, Unisend, SmartPosti, DPD and Omniva parcel lockers or Omniva courier delivery. The estimated delivery time in Estonia is 1–3 working days after the order is confirmed and payment is received.

Returns

Consumers have the right to return goods bought from the online shop within 14 days without giving a reason. The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. To return an item, email us at info@padelipallid.ee and we will send you further instructions. Full details can be found in the terms of sale.

Refunds are made to the same account the payment came from, no later than 14 days after we receive the returned product.

Complaints

If a product does not conform to the contract, consumers have the right to submit a complaint within 2 years of receiving the goods.
